  1. Where do you ship?
    We ship within the United States only.

  2. How much is shipping?
    Orders of $150 or more ship free. Orders under $150 have a flat $12 shipping fee.

  3. When is the order cutoff time?
    5:00 pm (Central Standard Time, CST).

  4. How long does order processing take?
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  5. How long does delivery take after shipment?
    Typical transit time after shipment is 3–5 business days (estimate, not guaranteed).

  6. Which carriers do you use?
    USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.

  7. Will I receive tracking information?
    If tracking is available, it will be provided after shipment. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans.

  8. Do you charge tax at checkout?
    No. Product prices include tax, and checkout does not add extra tax.

  9. What payment methods do you accept?
    Visa and Mastercard.

  10. What is your return window?
    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and non-returnable items.

  11. Who pays for return shipping?
    Non-quality returns: buyer pays return shipping.
    Quality issue / wrong item / damage: seller pays or handled case-by-case after review.

  12. How long do refunds take?
    Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

  13. My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

  14. Can I cancel my order?
    Before shipment: you may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed.
    After shipment: orders cannot be canceled; eligible items may be returned under the return policy.
